How can we help?

Signing in

Use the same Google account each time to keep your progress together. If sign-in fails, return to the login page and try again. Allow essential cookies so your session can be saved.

Practice and progress

Answers save when you select Check answer. You can leave a session and return later. Use Review to revisit missed questions. After finishing a pack, Practice again starts a fresh session without deleting your history.

Subscriptions

Open Account and select Manage billing to update a payment method, view invoices, or cancel renewal. Payments may take a short time to update your access. Do not pay again if confirmation is delayed.

Something wrong with a question?

After answering, select Report a question beneath the question or in your review history. Include the part that seems unclear so we can investigate.
