Who is responsible

Atlas Research and Technology, LLC operates TOEFL Prep Studio. For privacy requests, email atlasresearchtech@gmail.com.

Information we use

When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, email address, and profile information. We store your practice attempts, selected answers, session progress, and question reports to provide the service.

Reading beta feedback includes your message, the exercise and optional item, and your account identifier if signed in. You can send it without signing in. Please leave out personal or payment details. We use a keyed hash of the network address for rate limiting; the feedback record does not contain the raw address. Reports are private to the service team.

Payments

Stripe Managed Payments handles payment information, billing details, applicable tax, receipts, and payment support as merchant of record. We store references to your Stripe customer and subscription, payment status, and access period. We do not store full card numbers.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts this website. Stripe processes subscriptions. These providers process information needed to operate their services, which may involve international transfers.

Cookies and diagnostics

Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. The app does not add advertising trackers. Hosting and service providers may retain security and operational logs.

Retention and your choices

We retain your profile and learning history while your account is in use. You may request access, correction, or deletion through Help. Some payment and security records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account.
